We also offer home phone reconnect with Universal Telecom:

 

Universal Telecom, Inc. provides unlimited local calling on a prepaid monthly basis. In addition to basic service, you may also choose to add optional features to your account. Such features include Call Waiting, Caller ID, and others. Within about two to three days from signing up with Universal Telecom, you may call our Customer Service Department and receive your new telephone number and date of connection. Under normal circumstances, we will have your phone connected within 3 to 7 business days.

 

The following features are available to our customers. Below you will find a description of each feature and pricing. If you would like more information please contact our Customer Service Department.

Call Waiting:

Don't miss anymore important phone calls. Call waiting allows you to receive calls when you are already on the line. $5.00 per month added to your bill.

 

 

Call Forwarding:

Forward calls to another local number when you aren't home. Only $5.00 per month.

 

 

Call Return: (*69)

Call back the last number that called you. Only $5.00 per month.

 

 

Caller ID:

Displays the name* and telephone number of the incoming call. Only $10.00 per month. One time set up fee of $10.00 when applying for feature.

 

 

Unpublished Number:

Your name and number does not appear in the telephone book or directory assistance. Only $5.00 per month.
